If its an organization's foundation, that we partner with, we will donate a portion of the sales back. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Do to the nature of our product being jewelry we can not offer refunds on any piece sold at any time.

Any cancelled order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. 


However, we have a merchandise credit policy that will never expire. If the piece is not working for your fashion needs or the style purchased is outdated, you may exchange the piece at any time. Our pieces always hold their value.  

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER

Our core business will always be direct selling at events. When placing an online order, it could be up to 2 weeks before delivery, although most will be delivered in 3-8 business days.
If you need an exact time-frame, for a time sensitive order, we strongly suggest contacting our customer service before placing the order. Also, please be patient with our suppliers as many of them are in high risk areas affected by COVID-19. We try our best to keep the availability of our jewelry up to date.
